Whole Beef - Deposit

PASTURE RAISED! Our 100% grass-fed and finished angus beef is available in wholes and halves. They spend spring, summer and fall eating the grass growing in our certified organic pastures, and in the winter we feed them organic hay from our fields. They never recieve any hormones, antibiotics, or grains.
The cost is $4.60 per lb hanging weight plus processing. (Approximately $1.00 per lb) Typical weights would be about 700-800 lbs. hanging weight for a whole.
Our animals are processed at a USDA inspected, organic certified plant. St Brigid's handles all transportation. We will contact you via email to get your processing instructions. THIS IS THE DEPOSIT ONLY.... Final billing will be determined after processing is complete.
