Recently bought half a beef from St. Brigids, and WOW, a night and day difference in quality from the last beef I bought from a similar farm in Kansas. Deep rich red color and great marbling in the steaks! (Hard to find in a purely grass fed animal). Farmer Joe came and hand delivered it to my front door, A+ customer service! Fantastic farm, even better people. Will be a customer of theirs as long as I’m in the area. Thank you St. Brigids!

Our Story
2 grandparents, one uncle, 2 parents, 5 kids (6 in February 2026!) 1 small, certified organic, family farm in the driftless region of Wisconsin.
We are 3 generations on a mission to raise the healthiest and most delicious food possible to nourish our community. We strive to be excellent stewards of our land and animals, to give more than we take, and to leave the world a little better than we found it.
