Pork Kielbasa

Mmm.. this deliciously smoky Polish sausage is perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Our childhood favorite kielbasa dish was sliced and panfried with onions. Side of mac n' cheese - optional. 

Our pork comes from our heritage breed red wattle hogs that we raise in the fresh air and sunshine on our organic pasture. Their diet consists of organic feed, apples from our orchard, and scraps from the garden. They are very happy pigs.
