We prefer and recommend at least 1 inch thick to let the outside get some nice color while keeping the inside deliciously juicy and pink.
This impressive cut is from our 100% grass-fed and finished angus herd. We intensively graze our steers through our certified organic pastures for the greatest benefit to the land and animals. It's a difference you can taste!
