Heritage Breed, Red Wattle Hogs are known for their incredibly tasty and juicy meat. Our hogs are raised outside in the sunshine and fresh air, a difference you can taste in the clean flavor of the meat. They receive only certified organic grain and organic hay to eat.
The cost is $3.25 per lb hanging weight to the farm. Plus a processing fee of approximately $1 per pound There is an additional cost for smoking bacon and hams. Typical hanging weights would be about 220-250 lbs.for a whole animal. Our animals are processed at a USDA inspected plant. St Brigid's handles all transportation.
