Tri-Tip Steak

For years this steak could only be found in California but is now gaining popularity in the rest of the country. Aptly named for its triangular shape, this cut is well marbled and flavor-packed. Perfect on the grill or smoker and cooked to medium rare.
Our beef is 100% grass-fed and grass-finished angus. We raise our steers on organic pasture in the fresh air and sunshine. We graze rotationally and practice regenerative agriculture for the health of the land and the animals.
