Rub these baby back ribs with spices and toss it on the grill. Then glaze with your favorite barbeque sauce at the end of cooking to give it time to caramelize.
Saint Louis style ribs are spare ribs that have been neatly trimmed into and easy to cook, easy to present rectangle. They differ from baby back ribs in that they have larger bones, and are meatier and fattier. This fat melts bastes the meat as it cooks keeping it moist and flavorful.
These ribs come from our red wattle hogs that we raise in the sunshine and fresh air in our organic pasture. They eat only organic feed and the grass and weeds they forage.
