Quarter Beef Bundle - Deposit

We think rotationally grazed, grass-fed and grass-finished beef is the healthiest, and best tasting beef there is. That's the reason our angus cattle spend three seasons grazing on the green growing grass in our organic pastures and winter in an open barn with plenty of haylage from our fields. The exercise they get foraging allows them to gain muscle and fat in a proportion that is healthiest and most natural for the animal.

Our beef bundle weighs 100lbs and contains approximately
20% steaks including tenderloin, NY strip, ribeye, and top sirloin
30% roasts including chuck, arm, rump, and sirloin tip, short ribs and stew meat
50% ground beef

Suet, bones, and organs are not included in the weight but are available upon request, based on availability.

Total cost for a 100 lb beef bundle is $975. The remainder of $875 after deposit is due at pick-up or local delivery.
