Honey - Wildflower

Aren't bees amazing?! They pollinate our flowers and crops and they make the wonderful food and medicine, that is honey!
This fabulous honey comes from an experienced and conscientious bee-keeper just a few miles from our farm. The first thing you notice about the honey, is the gorgeous amber color. The flavor is mild and utterly delicious. It is certified naturally grown (CNG) which means it was produced "by working in harmony with nature, without relying on synthetic chemicals or GMOs." The honey is also "sustainably harvested" meaning the beekeeper is careful to leave enough honey for the bees so they can make it through the winter, resulting in a healthier hive and a healthier ecosystem.
