This ham steak comes from our red wattle hogs. They have been fed an all-organic diet and grow up on our clean, green pastures. Our butcher processes without using nitrates or nitrites and this ham hasn't been injected with water and chemicals, so what you get is pure pork goodness in this old fashioned ham.
