Chicken Skin

Golden, crisp chicken skin is our favorite part of a roast chicken! Try it as a savory snack roasted at 350 until all the fat renders and the skin is crisp. Save the rendered fat for cooking!

Our chickens are organically raised, freedom rangers. Freedom rangers are known for their foraging ability and tasty meat. They grow to butcher weight more slowly than other breeds, but this slower growth results in a bird with better health, better quality of life, and a deeper flavor.

We feed our chickens organic feed, free from GMOs or chemicals of any kind. We raise them in a moveable chicken house that allows us to rotate their paddock to give them access to fresh pasture. They love to forage for insects, tasty weeds, and grass seeds.
