Season generously, sear, and stick in a dutch oven with your favorite root vegetables, aromatics, broth, and a splash of wine if you're feeling fancy. Then let your oven do the heavy lifting and braise the roast until your house smells amazing and the roast is fall-apart tender.
Our beef is 100% grass fed and grass-finished angus. We practice rotational grazing and regenerative agriculture for the greatest benefit to the land, the animals and your health.
